With over 24 years in the field, she has held various roles including State Leadership Development Coach, Academic Achievement Specialist, Assistant Principal, and classroom teacher at both elementary and secondary levels. She is dedicated to enhancing student growth and learning systems, particularly focusing on the well-being of the school staff.
